Where each plan takes over

Below 194 minutes a month, Pay As You Go is the cheapest thing we sell. From about 194 minutes, Professional costs you less than Pay As You Go. From about 1,167 minutes, Growth costs you less than Professional. These figures are calculated from the rate card above rather than written by hand, so they cannot drift away from it — and they are the same numbers we use when we tell you to switch.

We bill the seconds Megan is actually on the call. A 41-second call costs you 41 seconds. Nothing is rounded up to the next minute, ever.

We warn you before you overrun

At about 80% of your included minutes we tell you — and if a different plan would cost you less at that volume, we say so and name the plan. Including when that means we bill you less.

No long-term contract

Month to month. Change plan or cancel whenever you want. There is no term to see out and no exit fee.

Cancel whenever you want and future billing stops that cycle. Payment details are entered on Stripe’s own page and never reach our servers. Fees already paid are not refunded — which is why you hear Megan work before a card goes on.

About half the price of a live answering service

That is the comparison worth making: a human answering service charges you for a person's time, and Missd.AI does not.

A live answering service charges $1.60–$1.95 per minute for the time an operator spends on your calls — those are AnswerFirst's published per-minute rates. Our most expensive minute is $0.88 on Pay As You Go, and our cheapest is $0.38 on Growth.

Both sides also carry a monthly fee, so the per-minute rate is not the whole bill on either. Ours is published above with the arithmetic worked through — compare the totals, not the headline rate.

What is the difference between the plans?
Included minutes, and the per-minute rate after those minutes are used. That is the only difference. Every plan — including Pay As You Go — includes the entire product: Megan answering 24/7, a phone number, the lead inbox, full transcripts, call recordings, live transfer to a person, and no cap on how many callers she handles at once. Nothing is held back for a higher plan.
How much does Missd.AI cost?
Pay As You Go is $29 per month plus $0.88 for each minute Megan spends on calls, with no included minutes. Professional is $199 per month and includes 500 minutes, then $0.45 per minute. Growth is $499 per month and includes 1,500 minutes, then $0.38 per minute. Enterprise is priced by conversation — contact us.
What happens when I use up my included minutes?
Nothing stops. Megan keeps answering and the extra minutes are billed at your plan's per-minute rate: $0.45 on Professional and $0.38 on Growth. Pay As You Go has no included minutes, so every minute is billed at $0.88.
How do you measure a minute?
In real seconds. We bill the actual time Megan spends on a call, so a 41-second call is billed as 41 seconds. We never round a call up to a whole minute.
Will you tell me if I am on the wrong plan?
Yes. When you reach about 80% of your included minutes we tell you, and if a different plan would cost you less at your current volume we say which one and what you would save. We would rather move you to a cheaper plan than let you overrun into a bill you were not expecting.
Is there a contract?
No. There is no long-term contract and no minimum term. Plans are monthly, and you can change plan or cancel at any time.
Can I get a refund?
No. All fees are non-refundable, and we do not offer refunds, credits or a money-back guarantee. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges, and cancelling does not refund what has already been paid or any unused part of the period. This is why you hear Megan handle a real call before you put a card on file.
Do I have to give you a card before I see it work?
No. You see Megan handle a call first. The card goes on afterwards, when you pick a plan — so nothing starts billing before you have heard what you are buying.
Do I have to talk to sales to find out the price?
No. The price of all three self-serve plans is published on this page. Only Enterprise is quoted, because it is priced around a specific arrangement.
Is there a limit on how many people can call at once?
No. Megan answers callers simultaneously, on every plan. You are billed for the minutes she spends talking, not for lines or seats.
