Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 August 2026 · Effective: 9 August 2026

Welcome to Missd.AI! Please read our [Terms of Use](/terms) and this Privacy Policy (collectively the "Terms") carefully, as you agree that you consent to these Terms by your use of this website or Missd.AI's services, as described further below.

Introduction

Valoria Ventures, LLC dba Missd.AI ("Missd.AI," "our," "we") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. This policy applies solely to the information that you directly input into this website ("Website"). For more details on how we keep information that we collect while providing our receptionist services to you confidential, please review our [Terms of Use](/terms).

This Privacy Policy forms part of, and is subject to, the provisions of Missd.AI's [Terms of Use](/terms). By accessing or using our Website, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Children Under the Age of 13

The Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information of any sort, including personal information, from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on the Website. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us immediately at support@missd.ai.

Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

We collect the following information from you when you use the Website or sign up for our services on the Website:

  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Mobile Phone Number
  • Information about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access the Website, and usage details

We collect this information:

  • Directly from you when you provide it to us, or
  • Automatically as you navigate through the Website. We may use analytics tools — such as Google Analytics or comparable products — to understand page views, duration, and browser information. Where such a tool is deployed, we configure it so that we do not correlate tracking information to individuals; we analyze it only in the aggregate, and we anonymize IP addresses for anonymous browsing so that analytics tools cannot identify you personally. Our [Cookie Policy](/cookies) describes the categories of cookies in use on the Services at any given time.

Information Processed on Behalf of Subscribers

When Missd.AI answers calls for a Subscriber, the Services process call audio, call transcripts, and the details a caller provides — such as a name, a callback number, or the reason for the call. That information is processed on the Subscriber's behalf in order to deliver the Services, and it is governed by the confidentiality provisions of our [Terms of Use](/terms) rather than by this Privacy Policy, which concerns information you input into the Website.

Subscribers are responsible for providing any notice to, and obtaining any consent from, their own callers that is required by the call-recording and privacy laws applicable to them. Missd.AI does not sell information collected on a Subscriber's behalf.

Mobile Information and Text Messages

Where you provide a mobile telephone number and consent to receive text messages, we use it to send service notifications relating to your account and the Services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages, or HELP for assistance. You may also contact us at support@missd.ai.

Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is sold. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except the subcontractors and service providers who assist us in delivering the messages themselves.

How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

  • To present the Website to you and improve our services.
  • To provide you with information and services that you request from us.
  • To provide you with notices about your account and/or subscription, including expiration and renewal notices.
  • To notify you about changes to the Website or any products or services we provide.
  • To send you information about our services or the services of third parties that we think might interest you, unless you tell us that you do not want to receive such information. We may communicate with you if you've provided us the means to do so. For example, any data collected from web forms completed on this site are considered as opt-in permission to be included in our database and to receive communications from us via email. To opt out of email communications, contact us at support@missd.ai.

Disclosure of Your Information

In this section we explain the limited situations in which we may disclose your information, which is only done as described here and in accordance with our [Terms of Use](/terms).

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.

We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide:

  • To contractors, service providers, and subprocessors we use to support our business and to operate the Platform — for example hosting, telephony, payment processing, and email delivery — and only where they are bound by written agreements requiring them to protect that information.
  • To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Missd.AI's assets in which personal information held by Missd.AI about the Website users is among the assets transferred.
  • For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
  • With your consent.
  • To third party contractors in order to analyze Website performance and user behavior and/or to improve the Website. However, we never disclose aggregate usage information to a partner in a manner that would identify you personally, as an individual. Where Google Analytics is deployed, additional information regarding that partner's privacy practices and the option to opt out of sharing your usage information is available through the [Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on](https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
  • To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
  • If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Missd.AI, our customers, or others.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You can review and change your personal information by contacting us at support@missd.ai to request that we correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us.

Your California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of the Website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please contact us at support@missd.ai.

International Data Transfers and Data Privacy Framework

Missd.AI may process personal data transferred from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other jurisdictions. Where required by applicable law, Missd.AI will rely on legally recognized transfer mechanisms, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, consent, or another applicable lawful transfer mechanism.

Missd.AI does not represent in this Privacy Policy that it is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) or the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) unless that certification is expressly stated in Missd.AI's then-current privacy, data processing, or compliance documentation. If Missd.AI becomes certified under the DPF or another privacy framework, the applicable framework principles and dispute resolution procedures will apply to the extent required by that framework and applicable law.

Missd.AI remains responsible for personal data it processes and for onward transfers to contractors, service providers, or other third parties acting on its behalf, as required by applicable law and by Missd.AI's agreements with those parties. In certain situations, Missd.AI may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

You may direct any inquiries or complaints related to international data transfers or privacy framework compliance to support@missd.ai. If you have an unresolved privacy or data use concern that we have not addressed satisfactorily, you may contact your local data protection authority.

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, password requirements, per-tenant isolation of Subscriber data, regular malware scans, and written agreements with the service providers who support the Platform.

The Website and the Platform are hosted on leading cloud infrastructure providers. Our application hosting is provided by Vercel and our primary application database is provided by Supabase; both operate on major cloud infrastructure. Telephony, payment processing, and email delivery are provided by specialist third-party providers under written agreements.

EEA Resident Rights

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following data protection rights:

  • If you wish to access, correct, update or request deletion of your personal information, you can do so at any time. In addition, you can object to processing of your personal information, ask us to restrict processing of your personal information, or request portability of your personal information. To take any of these actions, contact us at support@missd.ai.
  • You have the right to opt out of marketing communications we send you at any time. You can exercise this right by clicking on the "unsubscribe" or "opt-out" link in the marketing emails we send you. If you need assistance, you may contact us at support@missd.ai.
  • Similarly, if we have collected and processed your personal information with your consent, then you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent. To withdraw consent, contact us at support@missd.ai.
  • You have the right to complain to a data protection authority about our collection and use of your personal information. For more information, please contact your local data protection authority.

We respond to all requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to keep any information in our archives that we deem necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Choices Regarding Your Personal Information

We will send you notifications and if, and to the extent, you have opted in to promotional communications, other messages using the contact information (e.g., your email address, your phone number) you provided to us when you signed up for, opted in to, or requested information from Missd.AI. You may opt out of continuing to receive optional messages by following the instructions included in each message, which may be conveyed via email, SMS message, or another channel.

We will send you service-related announcements when we believe it is necessary to do so (e.g., outages, product changes, or network issues). You may opt out of continuing to receive service-related messages by following the instructions included in each message, which may be conveyed via email, SMS message, or another channel.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") setting. There is not yet a uniform industry standard for responding to DNT signals. Unless required by law, we do not currently respond to DNT signals in a uniform manner.

Where legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, apply, we will process those signals as described in our [Cookie Policy](/cookies).

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you through an email to the most recent email address that you provided to us, if any. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of this page.
